Fit Body Boot Camp Commits to Burn The Fat And Feed The Hungry

Pennington, NJ Chris Amaro of 'Fit Body Boot Camp, Pennington', announces the February 13, 2010 'Burn the Fat Feed the Hungry' two hour Boot Camp aimed to raise money for the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen (TASK) and to promote fitness as part of a healthy lifestyle.

"The current economic state has drastically reduced the amount of donations being made to charities and non-profit organization. So we've decided to kill two birds with one stone. By encouraging local neighbors to come down for a (one day) two hour Boot Camp workout where 100% of the $25 fee will go to the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen (TASK) to help feed the hungry - this is fitness with a purpose," says Chris Amaro, certified fitness coach, mental skills specialist and owner of Fit Body Boot Camp, Pennington.

The two-hour Boot Camp will take place from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM at #55 Route 31 South. Building C Pennington, NJ 08534. Participants are welcome to workout at their own pace for as little as fifteen minutes or, for those up to the challenge, for the entire two hours. The activities include fun exercises in a group atmosphere designed to burn fat and firm and tone the entire body.

Every participant will walk way from this workout with a better understanding of fitness and weight-loss concepts, and a feeling of accomplishment to know that they helped a worthwhile cause. In addition, every participant will be e-mailed a "Tone-It-Up Nutrition Guide" to help make healthy dietary choices simple and a $100 fitness boot camp gift card.

"On behalf of TASK, we appreciate the efforts of Chris in this day and age with the economic situation the way it is. We certainly need any help we can get", according to Executive Director of TASK, Dennis Micai

The "Burn the Fat, Feed the Hungry" Boot Camp starts Saturday, February 13th from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM for a $25 donation. The workout will take place at Motion Gymnastics. Chris Amaro requests donations be paid by check and be made out to Trenton Area Soup Kitchen (TASK) for morning collection.

"This is just a fun and social way to introduce an alternative to mundane gym workouts and at the same time help out a charity that does so much to feed the hungry, especially during our economic and housing crisis," explains Chris Amaro. "In short, to have an energizing Saturday morning workout and help the local community at the same time is a total win-win situation. By all means bring a workout buddy if you can."

Chris Amaro can be contacted at (609) 577-2775 for more information.
