Teens4TASK is a program that presents volunteer opportunities for local high school students. It seeks to engage high school students in activities to serve TASK patrons. Teens4TASK educates its members on issues of hunger and homelessness and the work of the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen (TASK); members complete projects to help their community.
Teens4TASK is a diverse group of high school students dedicated to supporting TASK through programs and initiatives focused among the youth. Teens4TASK is dedicated to educating more youth about TASK and its available volunteer opportunities.
Teens4TASK makes a difference within the Trenton community in many ways. Members regularly volunteer at TASK and execute drives in benefit of TASK patrons. Teens4TASK members set their own meeting agendas, decide which projects to work on, and implement the projects in the way they see fit. Members participate through emails, social media platforms, and monthly meetings. They make things happen.
