Send a Meaningful Gift

A tribute or memorial gift is a particularly meaningful way to honor or remember family, friends, and colleagues. TASK will prepare an acknowledgment and deliver it either to you or to the recipient you request.

Tribute gifts can be given in honor of individuals or groups at any time, and are particularly popular for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, Bat Mitzvah/Bat Mitzvah, and holidays. Increasingly, brides and grooms are making a donation to honor guests and in lieu of wedding favors.

To make a tribute or memorial gift you can:

• click here to donate online and fill in the "Dedication" portion of the form with the name and address to which you would like a tribute card sent.
• If you'd prefer to donate by check, click here to download the donation form, print it, fill it out, and mail it along with your check to: TASK, PO Box 872, Trenton, NJ 08605.

For gifts of $10 or more, TASK will send a Tribute Card containing illustrations of candles drawn by ATEAM Artists. The card unfolds to become a small decorative centerpiece.
